Dress Code

We are a casual attire Church. Whether in a suit or shorts, prepare to be welcomed, embraced, and made to feel you belong.

Worship

Each Sunday morning, we begin our service with a mixture of contemporary Christian songs and traditional hymns performed live by our very own worship team. Children typically attend this part of service alongside the adults before being dismissed to their age-appropriate classes.

Children’s Programs & Amenities

Saginaw Valley Church of the Nazarene provides weekly Christian education for all ages. While parents attend service, they may optionally send their children to the Nursery, Pre-school classroom, or to Powerhouse Kids. Pre-school kids and Powerhouse Kids learn something new about our Faith weekly, often taking home crafts or treats to reinforce their lessons. Yearly, Saginaw Valley Church of the Nazarene hosts a Fall Festival for our community and we have a yearly Christmas program for the children to get involved with as well.

Teenagers are expected to attend adult service but they meet together at 6 PM every Sunday for Empowered Youth, our church’s youth group.
